Delivery

All orders are shipped with DHL Express and require a signature.

Orders are shipped Monday – Friday.

If placed by 1pm (Central European Time), you order will be dispatched on the same day.
Orders placed after 1pm will be shipped the next business day.
In some cases, an extra 24 hours might be needed to process and dispatch an order.

Made to order items will be dispatched within 5 weeks, as stated on the product page.

Delivery fees will be added to your cart during check-out, once you have selected your shipping destination.
If your order qualifies for a free shipping promotion, delivery fees will not be added to the cart.

Tracking your order

A tracking link will be provided in the shipping confirmation email.
You will also receive a SMS and/or email from DHL with your tracking information and, where available, On Demand Delivery options.

Request to cancel or amend your order

We are able to cancel or amend an order only before it has been prepared for dispatch.
If you wish to cancel or amend your order (cancel/change an item, change the size, edit your billing and shipping details) please send an email at customercare@amorecoro.com

BFPO, PO BOX and APO/FPO

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to BFPO, PO BOX and APO/FPO addresses.

Import Taxes & Duties

Please note that orders outside the EU will be shipped on a Delivery Duties Unpaid basis, therefore they may be subject to import taxes and duties.
Customers are responsible for all import taxes and duties.
For an estimate of taxes and duties on your purchase, please contact your local customs.

DHL On Demand Delivery

Receiving your order is even easier with the DHL On Demand Delivery service, which gives you the flexibility to make changes to your delivery.
Once your order has been dispatched, DHL will send you an SMS and/or email with your tracking information and estimated delivery date. If On Demand Delivery is available in your location, the message will include a link to directly manage your delivery options.

You can find below some of the options to customize your delivery:

Schedule Your Delivery
If your estimated delivery date is not suitable, you have the option to select another date within 5 working days.
Where available, you will also be able to select a timed window for delivery.

Leave With A Neighbour
You can request for your parcel to be left with a neighbour, with reception or security. Please note that if you choose this option, Amor ‘e coro and DHL cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur after your order has been delivered.

Signature Release
You can authorize DHL to deliver the shipment without a signature. However, if you choose this option, Amor ‘e coro and DHL cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur after your order has been delivered.

Collection from a DHL Service Point
You can choose to pick up your delivery from a DHL Service Point.
DHL On Demand Delivery will show you the nearest DHL Service Points, so you can select the most convenient for you. You will be informed when the parcel is ready to be collected and how long you have to pick it up. Please note that if the parcel is not collected within the indicated timeframe it will be sent back to the DHL depot.
To collect your parcel from a DHL Service Point you will need a photographic ID and your email/SMS notification from DHL.
